Great Staff and Comfortable Rooms
The staff at the hotel were wonderful, always greeting me with smiles and ensuring my stay was enjoyable. The room had a magnificent view and was very comfortable. the hotel's central location made it easy to explore the nearby area.
One issue I encountered was the limited availability of hot chocolate, which was only offered a couple of times a week. the elevators in one of the towers were faulty and occasionally stopped working for extended periods.

I had a great stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city, making it easy to explore all the surroundings. I particularly enjoyed the restaurant located in the North tower, where I could have delicious breakfast every morning. The hotel facilities were amazing, especially the gym equipment, which was well-maintained and had everything I needed to keep up with my fitness routine. Lastly, the hotel was spotless, and the cleanliness standards were exceptional.
Not one thing was negative about my stay in this hotel. The experience was beyond my expectations.
